The Initia team is composed of former founders, engineers, and researchers with experience building in Web2 and Web3. Our team members have built some of the largest applications in Ethereum and Cosmos to date. At Initia, you will be able to work with the some of the brightest minds in the space who come from a wide range of fields including consumer applications, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and traditional finance.
We are looking to hire colleagues who are excited to rethink the Web3 user experience by improving every part of the technology stack, whether it be the chain-level infrastructure, the backend routing systems, the frontend UI/X pieces that users interface, or the overarching economic principles and mechanisms.
What you’ll do
- This role will report into our Marketing Lead and will sit within our broader Business team org.
- You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to turn campaigns into consistent daily/weekly social outputs across platforms (X, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
- Project manage and track design deliverables, draft/write copy, and make sure everything meets a defined quality standard.
- Work cross-functionally to take technical/complex ideas from marketing/product/engineering and turn them into digestible content (product marketing).
- Be an idea machine: constantly bounce ideas with the rest of the marketing team so there’s always something fresh flowing into the calendar.
- Actively experiment with formats and growth tactics to keep us visible in feeds.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or similar role
- Must have personal presence on social media (Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, etc,)
- Confident making Tiktk/Youtube or being on camera. (not required but a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- High curiosity and interest in keeping up to date with new social trends
